ProsimSpinkej.cz is a Czech and Slovak educational platform focused on children’s sleep.
Created by a sleep anthropologist and researcher Lenka Medvecova Tinkova. The project helps parents understand and improve their child’s sleep in a gentle, respectful, and science-based way.
The main target group is parents of children aged 0–5 years who struggle with falling asleep, frequent night waking, or sleep dependency on breastfeeding or rocking.
